Our Discover Scuba Diving experience is the perfect introduction to the underwater world, giving you the chance to explore incredible dive sites and get up close to heaps of vibrant tropical fish without committing to longer courses like Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver (our most popular Koh Tao diving program).Like every other dive adventure at our premium Koh Tao dive centre, the Flow Divers approach to try dive experiences involves taking things at your own pace. We specialise in training nervous divers and have a high success rate in helping first-timers feel comfortable and confident in the water.

Your day starts with a relaxed classroom session where we’ll introduce you to the basic principles of scuba diving, including safety procedures and how the equipment works. Then, we’ll move to the pool, where you’ll practice essential dive skills under the patient guidance of your instructor.We understand that first-time divers may feel nervous–and that’s totally normal! So, we allow as much time as needed for this before moving on to the ocean. Once you feel ready, we’ll head to one of Koh Tao’s beautiful, calm, and shallow dive sites for your first ocean dive.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your instructor will be by your side the entire time, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience as you explore vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life.If you love this experience (which we’re sure you will!), you can head out on our boat for two amazing ocean dives for opt for just 2,500THB extra, giving you even more time to explore and build confidence underwater!
