WHY GO FUN DIVING ON KOH TAO?
Put simply, because it's one of the world’s top diving destinations. Hundreds of thousands of tourists learn to dive on Koh Tao every year. However, our little slice of paradise isn’t just a haven for new divers. Even experienced scuba aficionados with hundreds of dives under their belts (or weight belts, to be more precise) can find something to excite them here.
What is it about Koh Tao diving that gives underwater exploration here such bucket-list-worthy appeal? Well, there are several things.
Here’s a quick list of some of the things previous guests have told us they love about fun diving on Koh Tao:
Variety: There are around 50 dive sites in total, encompassing muck dives, reef dives, pinnacle dives, wall dives, and wreck dives..
Ease: Warm waters, calm seas, minimal currents, and above-average visibility make scuba diving on Koh Tao easy, safe, and fun.
Accessibility: Even the most remote dive sites are easily accessible, with typical transit times of under an hour from shore to descent.
Marine life: The waters around Koh Tao Island are home to myriad reef critters, tropical fish, rays, and schooling pelagics. Lucky divers may even spot a turtle or whale shark.
Advanced:
Offshore dive sites, deeper pinnacles and wreck dives (20-30 meters), and locations more prone to currents. Examples include HMTS Sattakut, No Name Pinnacle, HTMS Suphairin, Green Rock, Chumphon Pinnacle, HTMS Hanhak Sattru, Shark Island, Southwest Pinnacles, and Sail Rock.
Beginner:
Shallow, sandy bays and reefs within 10-12 meters of the surface. Examples include Sairee Reef, Japanese Gardens, Mango Bay, Tanote Bay, Aow Leuk, Hin Ngam, Buddha Point, Tao Tong, 3 Rocks, and Pottery.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We are a premium dive centre with a heavy focus on professionalism, safety, standards, and exemplary customer care.
